What you see in the demo

The demo shows the calendar of the made-up Smith family on a Monday in November, just as it looks in the app: two parents, Emma at nursery, Ben in class 3b and every event in one place. Look around as much as you like, tick off tasks and add something to the shopping list. Nothing is saved, and you don’t need an account.

“Today” first

Like your own calendar, the demo opens with “Today”: what’s on, who it’s for, the tasks and the “Tomorrow” card. The switch takes you to the week and the month.

Everyone in their own colour

In “Today” and in the week, every event shows a circle and a name, and football training shows Ben and Dad together. Tap a circle at the top to see only what concerns Dad, Mum, Emma or Ben. Children don’t need an account of their own.

Tasks and the shopping list

Ben, Dad and Mum are taking turns with the bins: today it’s Ben, and once you tick it off, Dad’s name is on it next week. “Undo” takes the tick back. On the shopping list you add what’s missing, several things at once separated by commas.

Holidays and birthdays

The Smith family lives in Bavaria: the week and the month show the autumn holidays, the Day of Prayer and Repentance and Grandma’s 70th birthday. Your own calendar shows the school and public holidays for your region (DE, AT, CH) once you have chosen it.

What your own calendar adds

In your own calendar you add and change events and tasks yourself, on phone, tablet and computer. On top of that:

  • Events from emails: forward emails from school, nursery or clubs, the AI adds the events, and you change or remove whatever doesn’t fit. In the inbox you can bring back what you removed.
  • Family display: an old tablet shows today, tomorrow and the day after, open tasks and the shopping list, paired by QR code.
  • Invitations: bring in the other parent, grandparents or a babysitter with a link or QR code. Whoever joins sees and changes events, tasks and the shopping list too.
  • Subscribe to other calendars via their calendar link, and add the family calendar to Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar as a read-only view.

All features are free, no credit card needed.
