What Familienplaner can do

The features one by one

• Events from emails

Forward emails from school, nursery or a club: an AI reads them and adds the events to the calendar, without access to your mailbox.

• School letter as a photo or PDF

Take a photo of a school letter or attach the PDF: the AI reads it like an email and adds the events. Photos and PDFs are not stored.

• Events by voice

Type or say a sentence such as “Dentist Ben Thu 3 pm”: the AI fills in the event or task, you check it and add it. It works without the AI too.

• Recurring events

Add training, piano or gym club once and choose “Repeat”, skipping the school holidays if you like. Move or cancel single dates.

• School and public holidays

School and public holidays by federal state or canton for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, plus your family’s birthdays every year.

• Family display

An old tablet shows your calendar for today, tomorrow and the day after, open tasks and the shopping list. Children tick things off there, and nobody signs in.

• Weather and what to wear

“Today” shows the weather for your town and, in pictures from head to toe, what the children can wear. Fixed rules, no AI, for today only.

• Chores taking turns

Tasks come back and, if you like, take turns between two to ten family members. Children tick them off themselves on the family display.

• Share your family calendar

Invite family by link or QR code, view the calendar in Google, Apple or Outlook, and subscribe to calendars from school, a club or the bin collection.

• Your data

Servers in Frankfurt, no ads, no selling of data: what the AI receives, who in the family sees what, and how you take your data with you or delete it.
